Bike Course - 8 loops:
The 5km bike loop starts in the transition area on Serpentine Road. It then goes up and down West Carriage Drive with a tight U-Turn at its northern end. Via South Carriage Drive the athletes will head towards Hyde Park Corner before they turn into Serpentine Road again. The bike course is generally flat with no climbs at all. A couple of speed bumps and tight turns makes it technically demanding.
Run Course - 3 loops:
The run course stretches along Serpentine Road and part of South Carriage Drive. The athletes run in opposite directions with one turning point at the western end of Serpentinge Road and one on South Carriage Drive close to Hyde Park Corner.
